LANCEFIELD PARK

Public BBQ

Lancefield Park features a diverse range of amenities, from an excellent playground and skateboard park that caters to children under 12, to a footy oval and a distinctive tree art exhibit. The park also hosts various events such as a swap meet and a truck display, managed by the local football club. Walking paths provide an enjoyable stroll, although recent rains have caused some damage requiring urgent repair. The park is adorned with longstanding rows of trees, some of which are potentially hazardous and may need removal. Facilities, including a toilet block and BBQ area, vary in quality and could benefit from refreshing. Undercover areas and shelter provisions add to its charm, enhancing the overall visitor experience.
